The Good: Interesting take on a session IPA, focus is on the strong bittering of the brew, yet still a nice hop aroma when you crack it open. Also nice to see a beer with a few adjuncts, includes unmalted rye and barley in the grain bill (of course home brewers get excited by rye in grist) Great warm weather IPA, going down well in the sunshine.
The Bad: Straight up the can is pretty hideous. I don't think I'd buy this in a shop if I didn't know what it was and I saw it on the shelf (Paddy bought this one online).
Enjoyment: It's an ok number, this session IPA, it's got enough to keep me interested. I'd happily sit on these while smoking some meat in the offset, or sitting outside in the sun. Overall I wasn't blown away by this, but it's certainly a fine take on a session IPA.
